Another busy week here at Little Scouts! We have met some new friends, and we continued exploring the new room and introducing our schedule. We have also started our letter journey with name work. We are working on being able to recognize our own names, and being able to identify the first letter. In the coming weeks we will continue to work with the letters in our names and in our friends names. We have also been busy at the art table making decorations for our room. We have experimented with some different ways of painting...using our fingers, and dot markers. We also started our jobs this week...each morning during our circle time 7 children (on a rotating basis) get to choose one of our classroom jobs...so fun! Classroom jobs are an vital part of our classroom routine because it helps our students to feel important, it helps the children learn responsibility and it also helps to promote positive behavior! Plus it gives us all an opportunity to contribute to our classroom community! Check out the pictures below of your little cuties hard at work! Gentle Reminders
Please bear with us, as we have a number of reminders this week!
